You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we may review exceptional cases at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
